Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods (holidays, major sales), processing may take a little longer — we'll always do our best to get your pet's goodies moving quickly.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We're proud to offer free shipping on every order, over $50, otherwise $10.99 shipping fee — no hidden fees, ever.
Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at 4stuff4mypet@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We know how much you want your pet's new favorite thing to arrive safely and on time. If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or seems to be lost in transit, please contact us at 4stuff4mypet@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can help make it right — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or tracking down your package with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we want to make sure your order goes to the right home! If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at 4stuff4mypet@gmail.com; we'll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has already been processed.
